Why am I being charged a re-delivery fee?

We understand that sometimes an exchange is required and we assist customers by paying for their return to us, this includes additional costs of processing the return, restocking the item and pick and pack fees we incur for the new item. We charge our customers a subsidised redelivery fee for the postal cost.
