    Subscriber Giveaway Terms & Conditions

    1. The Thomas George Collection Pty. Ltd. ("TGC") Subscriber Giveaway ("The Giveaway") is open to all current and active subscribers to the TGC mailing list.
    2. The Giveaway is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over except employees of TGC and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or facilitating its draw.
    3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter The Giveaway.
    4. By entering the Giveaway, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
    5. Route to entry for the competition are via subscribing to the TGC mailing list. Subscribers are automatically enrolled into The Giveaway.
    6. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
    7. The Giveaway will be drawn on the last day of each month.
    8. Closing date for entry will be the morning of the draw. After this time no further entries to the competition will be permitted until the next day.
    9. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
    10. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:
    11. TGC reserves the right to cancel or amend the Giveaway and these terms and conditions without notice in the event. Any changes to the Giveaway will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by TGC.
    12. 12. The prize is at the discretion of TGC.
    13. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
    14. Winners will be chosen at random.
    15. The winner will be notified by email and/or DM on Twitter/Facebook the day of the draw. 
    16. The winners have five (5) days to respond to the notifying email. Thereafter, they forfeit the prize and no consideration will be subsequently entered into.
    17. TGC's decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
    18. The Giveaway and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
    19. No personal information is published without the express permission of the winner. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian privacy law and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
    20. Entry into the Giveaway will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
    21. The Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to TGC and not to any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with the Privacy Act 1988.
