The beauty of the Jefferies last is in its elegant shapes and good regular fitting properties. It offers a soft chiselled toe without being too long, and regular fitting around the instep and heel. A well-balanced last. True to size.
We have raised the instep slightly to accomodate medium to moderately high insteps. Not advisable for very wide feet e.g. EEE Brannock.
Still Unsure? Do This ⇣⇣⇣
You will need paper, pen, the regular socks you will wear, and a cup of coffee for accuracy. Email us your measurements at email@example.com.
STEP 1: TRACE TOP & BOTTON OF FOOT
Place your foot on a piece of paper. Wear the sock you intend to wear with the Oxfords. Ensure you have your full weight on the foot for the most accurate measurement. Trace the top of your foot / bottom of heel at a 90 degree angle.
STEP 2: MEASURE LENGTH
Use a measuring tape to measure the back/central part of the heel to the end of the longest toe. Accuracy is important. If in any doubt, do it again.
STEP 3: MEASURE BALL WIDTH
Wrap a measuring table around the widest part of each foot. This will be over the joint over your big toe and just behind the little toe.
