Easy Size Exchanges
Wrong size? Exchange it!
Want a different size? This guide will assist you in understanding our exchange process and ensure a seamless as possible exchange if the need arrises. For further detail, see our Return Policy.
Eligibility
Shoes or boots must be in their original condition. We will not accept footwear that we cannot sell as new. The footwear will be free from any creases caused as a result of wear. For leather soles, they should be free from all scuffs and marks. All seconds and clearance sales are final.
Exchange Steps
Step 1. Fill out return form & book in return
Exchange Form
Complete this online Exchange Check List Form (1-2 min). Once completed, a pop-up will provide you with a link to book in the return with our courier.
Step 2. Tell us your new size
Email us at info@tgcollection.com.au. Let us know your order number, what size you require, or any further assistance you may need.
Step 3. Repackage & Send Back
Print our return shipping label and attach it to your return parcel (not the shoe box). The unmarked shoes will be placed in their original packaging. Drop it off at your selected local drop off point.
Step 4. Pay Re-Shipment Fee
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email with payment details ($10) from us. Email us payment confirmation and we will dispatch your new size.
