Worn by men who chop wood, grow beards, play chess but still have the good sense to invest in quality footwear. With inspiration from our formidable forebears and a few elements of modern elegance, we present the Turon Stitchdown Service Boot. Named after the Goldrush region of NSW, where a crafty young shoemaker from England got his break making specially designed boots for miners to hide their gold. This bloke went on to become bootmaker to kings and established one of the world's greatest shoe empires that still runs today.
The Turon is our Stitchdown Service Boot in brown calf. It is a meticulously crafted boot by Fugashin Shoemakers and features beautiful dark brown French calf, stitchdown construction and a studded Vibram outsole. The last features an almond-shaped, elongated toe with an average waist and shallow profile. Our service boots are subtly more refined than the average work boot but still maintain their rugged characteristics and are perfect for any semi-formal or casual ensemble.
