At TGC, when our customers purchase our footwear, they don't pay a cent for shipping. And if the shoes don't fit, well that's on us too. Free shipping. Free returns.
Our aim is to make your fulfilment experience as seemless one, not costly or troublesome.
That's why we've partnered with Fulfilio. All purchases are shipped within Australia via our first-in-class fulfilment centre. Fulfilio is apart of the Australia Post network and we offer standard shipping options, express shipping options and same-day delivery in Melbourne (with plans to offer it in Sydney). We wanted a service that was quick, reliable and the best in the business.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email from us that will allow you to track your order. Please note, we do not track individual packages and it is the responsibility of the customer to track his or her package. If you have not received tracking information or if any problem arises, please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org.
Redeliver To Another Address
Redeliver to an alternative address requires us to cancel and re-purchase another shipping label. The full cost of the delivery will be quoted to the customer and must be paid in full prior to re-booking.
If no one is usually home during business hours, please consider an alternative address.
Return to Sender
If your parcel could not be delivered for the following reasons, we will return it to you without a fuss:
- The carrier delivered it to the wrong address;
- The carrier failed to correctly identify your address;
- The parcel was returned due to no fault of your own.
If your parcel was returned for the following reasons, a redelivery fee of $10.00 applies, without exception:
- Wrong or incomplete address was provided (including no business name to a business address);
- Failed to collect.
We have no control over how long an item will take to return to us if it is being 'Returned To Sender'.
If the customer elects for a refund, a re-stocking fee of $10 is applied. This is to recover the cost of the initial shipping and restocking fee.
Wrong Address Provided
Please double check the delivery address you provide to us. A reminder email is sent to you after purchase to prompt you to double-check the delivery information provided. TGC accepts no liability due to incorrect delivery information. Nor will TGX liaise with the courier on the senders' behalf.
